Ergonomic Vacuum Lifts
allow the lifting of objects when
clamping is not possible or may
damage the item. For components
formed from non-porous materials,
such as metal or glass, Alum-A-Lift
offers a fully redundant on-board
vacuum system. This system consists
of two independent vacuum pumps. If
one system fails for any reason, the
other system will be able to support
the load and prevent an accidental
drop. For porous objects, such as
cardboard boxes and paper bags,
Alum-A-Lift offers a vacuum
generator for high-flow suction.
The vacuum generator utilizes a
venturi system to produce the
suction and requires the use of a
factory air supply. Alum-A-Lift
vacuum systems can lift objects in
the vertical or horizontal planes
and provide manual or powered
rotation along any axis.
